Wrist Rehab and Recovery

There are tons of different ways that you can rehab your wrists. Below are images of different exercises for wrist recovery. 

All fot eh exercises above are great for increasing wrist strength.

Another important thing to remember is that wrists have a lot of muscles running through them so massaging and loosening up those muscles can reduce pain. Below is a chart that shows you where to massage depending on where your wrist hurts.
