Too Become Fit

If you are not fit and you want to be, it will not be easy. It will require a change in lifestyle, you will need to exercise regularly and eat healthy. Try to eliminate or limit the amount of fizzy drinks, desserts, and candies you consume. By eliminating these things from your body just temporally you will allow your body to detox and you will become stronger. Also try to engage in more outdoor activities like biking, fishing, soccer, walks, find ways to be outside more. 

Signs That you are Fit

As you become more fit you should begin to see and feel changes. You will begin to look better and feel better. Your mood is tightly connected to being fit. You will be in a better mood after exercising than you would after not exercising. Also you will be more likely to eat the foods you love if you exercise more. Because you have exercised you feel confident that eating a treat here and there wont do anything bad to your body and you would be right. You feel obligated to reward yourself and that's good. Your stress levels will be down and so will your body weight. 

Another big sign to know if you are physically fit is the amount that you sweat. You would think that as you become more fit you would sweat less because things will be easier to do, but the opposite is true. The more fit you are the more you sweat.  Sweat is one of your body's main way to keep core temperatures down. Because the majority of calories you use in an exercise actually release heat you body has to have a way to keep you body temperature down by sweating.  As you become more fit you are able to work harder, you generate more power on whatever exercise you're doing. This means that you can generate a lot more heat faster than you could before. Your body has to adapt to this change. The body adapts to these changes by sweating sooner, your sweat volume increases, and you lose fewer electrolytes. You sweat sooner because your sweat response gets quicker as you become more fit. So as soon as you start exercising you’ll see sweat start to appear. Your body will know what's coming up so it ramps up the cooling temperature process sooner to account for the rise in core temperature that will soon happen. As you become more fit you release more heat and to counter that your body increases the amount it sweats. 

Being fit both mentally and psychically plays a major role in our lives. It allows us to reach our full potential and live life tot eh fullest. To be properly fit you must be both mentally and physically fit. If you are physically fit but mentally troubled or on edge than you are not functioning ideally. At the same time however being physically fit helps relax the mind and alleviates stress. Being fit lowers the risk of health issues and allows you to reach your optimal weight. Not only that but being physically and mentally fit helps you get through the ups and downs of life.

As an athlete it is essential to be fit both physically and mentally. To preform optimally in any sport it is important to have a clear state of mind. Confidence is key in every sport. For example lets say there is a gymnast who has the best athletic ability in the world but they are not confident when they compete. If you are not confident you will fall. Just like in football, if the quarterback isn't confident in his throws he will be likely to have interceptions. On the other hand its obvious that the more fit you are the better you are at a sport. The more fit the easier things will be to do. You will  run faster, jump higher, and win more. As you become more fit you are able to preform better at your sport and probably win more. Winning will make things even more fun because who doesn't like to win?
